  Have been going to thiscpub for last 10-15 yrs & never had a bad meal. Went their last nite & the fpod was rubbish. Husband had steak. 1st bit was bit chewy but halfway throu became inedible. Chef vouldnt even manage to cook frozen peas! They were hatd as bullets. I had beef pendang curry, disapointing. Was just lumps of beef cooked in ground peanuts & curry powder. They were'nt interested when we complained bout the steak only offered us a free drink or dessert. Chef wouldnt even come out to speak to us. Its a new chef & he obviously cant cook. Wont be going bk again. Pity cause its a nice pub in lovely surroundings. Dont waste your money here, theirs lots of pubs better.
